Small licenced bars have been around for a few years now and are really not much different to a Tavern licence.
They are easier to operate as have a limit of 120 customers at any one time and stand in the market place as a cafe and a place for a ‘drink’ in the same premises. You can’t buy packaged alcohol from a small bar and lets face it why would you want to with the number of liquor stores and taverns we already have!
